A week after her bronze medal in Dublin Adrienne showed in Brussels that she still in very good shape. On the snow covered course in the park of Laken she let Holovchenko and Augusto take the lead in the early laps. In the 4th and final lap Adrienne took up the pace and dropped her rivals to win the 6000 meter race in 20.24.
"wauw, how cool to win today. To win this race is really special to be, its such a big event with so much history. I wanted to enjoy today and not injure myself with the dangerous circumstances. I got a lot of power left to make a hard push over the last kilomter. To win after my great medal last week is wondefull"

He die Adje ik zag het gisteren in een flits op de Belg te gek en nu op de mail het gaat geweldig zo te zien fijne dagen en een sportief 2010 een dikke kus van je tante uit Den Haag (SANNIE) dag hoor doe voorzichtig met het ijs.
