A solid result in Sevilla: 7th place in strong field

In the international cross country race of Santiponce (Seville, Spain), Adrienne finished in seventh place. She had to let almost a minute lead to the winner, Kenyan Linet Masya, but only 8 seconds to Kenyan Dutch runner Hlda Kibet who finished 4th.

Adrienne had an impressive collection of women behind her: Kalovic, Augusto, Twell, Monteiro, Morato, Dias and Zharodazhnaya. Her Madrid training partner Nuria Fernandez came in 15th place, a minute behind Adrienne. Adrienne again finished as first born European athlete.

The cross country race was one of the last of an impressive series by Herzog.
